    The photos online were nothing like the unit. Airshaft view they cropped out, and a pest problem they clearly knew about. Broker fee was steep for what we got. Wouldn't sign here again.

    The apartment itself is good and the location can't be beat. But there's an amenity fee that wasn't clearly disclosed up front, and the renewal quote came in higher than I expected. Do the math on year two.
