    You get what you pay for. It's not luxury but it's honest. Occasional radiator clanging and the lobby could use a refresh, but nothing's ever been unsafe and rent is reasonable for the neighborhood.

    Three years here and the increases were reasonable each time. Heat and hot water never an issue through the winters. Management communicates clearly and the hallways are always clean.
