    Inconsistent heat in the coldest months — had to use a space heater more than once. Reported it repeatedly. The building has real maintenance problems that management seems to ignore until something breaks.

    The photos online were nothing like the unit. Airshaft view they cropped out, and a pest problem they clearly knew about. Broker fee was steep for what we got. Wouldn't sign here again.
